The Valencia top is statement piece crafted from high quality dim grey crepe, complimented by a black crepe fabric. It has a ruched design on one side of the waist line with a black piping for a defined look, the hem line of the one shoulder blouse has a wavy finish. The shoulder has a mini sized black shawl collar, and the fabric is HAND-EMBROIDERED with half-moon designs It comes in two detachable rose brooches for added flair. The sleeve has a puff tulip design layered over a cap sleeve, which was supported with a crinoline for more structure and it has a zip for easy wear.
The Valencia is fully lined.
