What currency are the prices on the site?
All currencies are subject to Nigeria and USA
Address Changes
I entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, notify us via email atinfo@alvinberry.comas soon as possible, including your order number.
Customs
Will I have to pay customs fees?
We advise customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tax information. Customs and duties fees may apply upon delivery, determined by the local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Alvinberry is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred.
Shipping
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please note that some items are made to order and may take 2–4 weeks for production. Once your item is complete, it will be shipped within 2 days.
- Average Shipping Times: 2–7 days, depending on location.
- Tracking Numbers: Updated 2 days after your order has been shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number after 3 business days, email us at info@alvinberry.com.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my product?
Yes. Please refer to our full returns policy for detailed instructions.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase in the form of store credit only. Sale items are final, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
To be eligible for a complete refund, cancellations must be requested within 16 hours of placing your order and before production begins. As all orders are handmade, timely cancellations are appreciated.
Email info@alvinberry.com with “Cancel Order” in the subject line to request a cancellation.
Exchanges
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. Exchanges do not include shipping and handling charges.

Shipping Method
Can I change my shipping method?
Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the courier, the shipping method cannot be changed.
