Prior to placing your order, kindly review our size chart. All orders are considered final. Feel free to reach out via email with any questions or concerns, and our team will be delighted to assist you with your order.
For refunds, we will only refund the cost of the item within 10 days of purchase in the form of store credit. All sale items are final, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Items returned with signs of being worn, washed, or with tags removed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once we receive your item, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 16 hours of placing your order, ensuring it is before production has begun. Once the item has entered production, our in-house team has already begun the processes involved in creating your garment.
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please email us at info@alvinberry.com with a photo or video of the item and as much information as possible. We will provide a replacement. Contact us within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
Your return request must be submitted via email with your order number in the subject line. At inspection, any signs of wear or damage will lead to your return request being denied.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered from our sample sale/final sale.
- You ordered a made-to-measure or custom item that aligns with your measurements and request sent.
- Your item has been worn and is soiled/stained.
Exchanges Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged, and the request is made within 10 days of delivery. Please review our size chart before ordering if you are unsure about your size.
If you would like to discuss a made-to-measure garment, email us at info@alvinberry.com—we’d be happy to assist you. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@alvinberry.com. Our team will inspect the garment once received and process the exchange.
Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
